By far my most popular cookie; chocolate chip base but made with crushed Oreo instead of chocolate chips.

Oatmeal Scotchies

Thin and crispy cookie interspersed with chewy homemade toffee chunks.

Neopolitan

Tri colored cookie made with mix of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry dough.

Giant Chocolate Chip Crinkle

Crunchy edges but soft and gooey towards the middle and full of chocolate chunks. Each cookie weighs approximately 100 grams.
